Die Europäische Union und die Bundesregierung wollen das Recht auf Asyl faktisch abschaffen.

Mit der „Reform“ des „Gemeinsamen Europäischen Asylsystems“ (GEAS) sollen Schutzsuchende zukünftig daran gehindert werden, in der EU einen Asylantrag zu stellen. Eine individualrechtliche Prüfung wird unterbunden, und Abschiebungen in Lager an EU-Außengrenzen und in Drittländer werden erleichtert.

Faktisch bedeutet das: Die Genfer Flüchtlingskonvention wird ausgehebelt, und Menschen die vor Krieg, Verfolgung, Armut und fehlenden Lebensgrundlagen fliehen, haben kaum noch eine Chance auf ein menschenwürdiges Leben.

Wir fordern: Jeder Mensch muss das Recht auf einen individuellen Asylantrag und ein Leben in Sicherheit haben! Menschenrechte sind unteilbar!

Am Wochenende des 6.-8. Oktober 2023 wird es bundesweit Aktionen gegen diese menschenrechtswidrigen Pläne der Bundesregierung und der Europäischen Union geben.

The European Union and the German government want to de facto abolish the right to asylum.

With the „reform“ of the „Common European Asylum System“ (CEAS), people seeking protection will be prevented from applying for asylum in the EU in the future. An individual examination will be prevented, and deportations to camps at the EU‘s external borders and to third countries will be facilitated.

In fact, this means that the Geneva Refugee Convention will be undermined, and people fleeing war, persecution, poverty and lack of livelihoods will have little chance of a decent life.

We demand: Every person must have the right to an individual asylum application and a life in safety! Human rights are universal!

On the weekend of October 6-8, 2023 there will be nationwide actions and protests against these human rights violating plans of the German government and the European Union.
